More Live Entertainment Returning to Disney World For 50th! - Inside the Magic
On Friday, October 1, Disney will kick off its epic 50th anniversary celebration, which will run for 18 months and wrap up in May 2023. The celebration will see a number of new experiences like KiteTails at Animal Kingdom and Harmonious at EPCOT, new decorations for all four theme parks, new merchandise, and a ton of new food.
However, celebrating 50 years of Walt Disney World magic is not just about celebrating what is new. It is about looking back and celebrating what made Disney World The Most Magical Place on Earth. To honor those memories, one of Disney's most popular entertainment groups announced that they will be returning to EPCOT on the same day the 50th starts!
Matsuriza, the drumming group found at the Japan pavilion, announced their return on Instagram.

Here is some more information on the incredible drum group from the Walt Disney World website:
Feel the rhythm as this group of traditional Japanese drummers performs intricate musical arrangements on giant drums in a dazzling display of pure physical stamina.
Japanese Taiko drums have been enthralling audiences for years in religious ceremonies, festivals and even on battlefields as soldiers prayed for victory. Come witness the thrill of Taiko for yourself!
The best way to ensure that you can see Matsuriza perform is to check your My Disney Experience app when you are at EPCOT. The app will tell you all the showtimes, so that way you can plan to make your way down to the Japan pavilion and not miss a beat.
